I'm Erica; let me share a little about myself.

What I want to do is give you hope; hope that it is possible to optimise your health, achieve greater mental fitness and thrive, even whilst navigating the multiple challenges thrown at many of us in mid life.

I’ve proved this for myself and with many clients. It's not magic, it's about making achievable and sustained changes.

In addition to collaborating with Sophie and Aaron on Mid Life Thriving, I’m a registered member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I have my own practice in Southport, UK and online at Lindentree Health

I came to investigate food therapy in response to my own health problems during my previous career as an accountant, working in business education and charities in the UK, Eastern Europe and elsewhere in the world. I’d been unable to find a medical resolution to my health issues but saw such improvements in my health with food therapy that I went back to university to gain a BSc in Nutritional Therapy, and have since undertaken further studies in functional medicine.

I am both motivated and fascinated by the capacity of the body to heal itself, and I am so fortunate to work with inspiring people who take up the challenge of making changes and feeling the benefits by improving life for themselves or their family.

I’ve also explored and studied what life would be like if we could be our best selves more consistently - both physically and emotionally, whatever we are facing in life. I’ve always been drawn to people who appear at ease with themselves and make time for others, no matter what challenges they’re confronted with; people who are courageous, passionate, confident, inspired, relaxed, tolerant, understanding and sensitive - people who, for me, seem to ‘glow’. As a result of that journey I am now a certified HeartMath coach, Positive Intelligence coach and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner.

My work is my passion, and I am blessed to have a full and enriching life outside work, particularly with family, friends and travel.
