New York City-based Aaron is an experienced educator, school leader, coach and non-profit administrator with a real interest in best practice in diversity, inclusion, and ensuring equitable outcomes for all his students. 

In supporting organisations to establish effective and inclusive teams through group coaching and collaborative planning, his unique skillset includes leadership development, executive coaching, strategic implementation, governance and improvement. 

Like Sophie and Erica, he is trained in Positive Intelligence (PQ) and has found its implementation helps him coach and lead organisations to break down silos and create group accountability through more effective peer communication. 

Outside work, Aaron enjoys swimming and group fitness classes, reading fiction, cooking and being outdoors. His passion revolves around working on his own self improvement to help others on similar journeys.
