I joined the Midlife Thriving course because I wanted to learn more about mental wellbeing — things like sleep habits, nutrition, and how I could pass this knowledge on to helping feed the children in a quick and simple way. 

My favourite part of the course was the Monday online Pod group sessions. It was great to hear how the other participants were getting on, ask questions directly to the three experts, and get support if you were feeling overwhelmed or having a tough week. 

E-Meeting Aaron, Erica, and Sophie was amazing — they are truly incredible people. The support they offer goes beyond what you might expect, with advice that is invaluable and thoughtfully tailored to you and your lifestyle. The group TEAMS sessions quickly became a safe and trusted space where you’re never judged. It gave me the freedom to speak openly and from the heart, knowing I was always met with understanding and kindness. 

The course has definitely helped me with easy, practical recipes and has given me a much better understanding of nutrition and sleep habits and so much more. I also love doing the PQs — I would never have discovered them if I hadn’t done the course. They are definitely something that I know I need to carry on and make the most of the App.
