Before joining the Mid-Life Thriving Fundamentals (MLTF) Programme, I was struggling with anxiety, low mood, insomnia, and hormone-related issues that impacted my eating habits and overall wellbeing. I felt stuck and unsure about everything, from my career to my daily routines.
Although my GP suggested antidepressants, I knew that wasn’t the right path for me. I'd worked with Erica on my nutrition previously and she'd recommended the Mid Life Thriving Fundamentals coaching course MLTF as a whole mind and body programme. It turned out to be exactly what I needed.
