This foundational 13-week course, which has been called "life-saving", "gently transformational" and “the best thing I ever did” by some of those that have completed it, takes place at regular intervals throughout the year.
Using Positive Intelligence as a framework, the course, is designed to to fit around your life in manageable, bite-size chunks and teaches approaches, principles, and practical tools that enable everyone to create small gems of time and build energy.
